Single soccer predictions for Chelsea – BATE
Chelsea meets BATE Borisov in a third round of Group L in the UEFA Europa League. The meeting will be played on October 25th at Stamford Bridge Stadium in London.
It is not surprising to anyone that Chelsea’s team is the leader of the group. The Blues won their first two games in the tournament and scored 2-0. Chelsea sparse to the three points against PAOK and MOL Vidi and will now try to show a little more in front of home against BATE Borisov. Over the weekend, the Londoners made a 2:2 draw against Manchester United on their own ground by pulling out the point at the end of the game. Maurizio Sarri’s graduates have won three of their last five matches in all tournaments and are expected to take their BATE Borisov team.
BATE Borisov’s team has three points in their assets and is in third place in the standings with equal points with the PAOK team. The Greek team, however, has an advantage after his 4-1 victory in Borisov in the last round. The Alyaksey Baha alumni won their 2:0 MOL Vidi tour in the first round. This success ended their unpleasant series of 12 consecutive matches on a foreign field without success in European club tournaments.
BATE Borisov has only one success in four games against Premier League teams. This victory was 1:0 against Everton in 2009 in this tournament. In the upcoming match, however, the Belarusian champion is unlikely to reach the victory. On the other hand, Chelsea will be seeking for the first time in Champions League 2010-11 to win three consecutive matches in the group stage of European club tournaments. Londoners are the big favorites for the ultimate success and I think they will not be surprised at this match. I think the hosts will make an advance even to the holiday and will congratulate the victory.
